How much is shipping?
Australia - FREE standard tracked shipping or $10 Express.
New Zealand - FREE standard tracked shipping.
How long does it take?
After your order is placed you can expect to receive your order on average within 2-3 weeks. Delivery times may vary from time to time eg. during sale or holiday periods. Please note that if we request a new photo of your pet or you request changes to your order this will lengthen the production and delivery time (change requests to your order will not be accepted once production has commenced).
How is my order despatched & delivered?
We have spent considerable resources to hand pick our courier drivers and delivery network. We currently ship all orders via a registered courier service (based on your nearest city or region), and retain tracking details for monitoring throughout the entire process.
What packaging do you use?
We support sustainability for a better world, so where possible, our packaging products, print materials and inks use recycled and recyclable components. For more information on our sustainability commitment to the Eco-Packaging Alliance visit our Sustainability section.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand.
Can I have more than one pet in my Pawprint?
Absolutely! Our website now includes product pages with the option of one and two pet Pawprints! Artworks of three or more pets may be arranged via a Custom Order quote only. Please refer to our Special Orders section below for further details.
Will I get a proof?
As each custom Pawprint is unique and digitally hand drawn by our Artists (not computer automated), unfortunately we are unable to provide a full proof of your completed artwork. For this reason, any change requests you make to your order will not be accepted once production has commenced. If your photo does not meet our minimum requirements, we’ll be in touch to request a new one.
What if I don’t like my Pawprint?
If you aren’t 100% happy with your unique Pawprints purchase, we’ll immediately work with you to make it right. Simply contact our friendly team by emailing email@example.com
Image Upload Requirements
Portrait style photos of your pet are best. We prefer clear photos with natural lighting from the sun (indoors or outdoors), enough to see the details to be included in the artwork. Be sure to get your pets entire face within the boundaries of the photo and as close-up as possible - If only half of your pets face/body is showing, only half of its face/body will be in your artwork! Our Artists will draw your pet exactly as they see them, so pets looking directly at the camera and avoiding blurry or poorly lit photos are best. Zero stress though! We’ll get in touch if there is a problem with your photo!
Not sure whether your pets photo will work? Simply email your photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know.
Please be aware that due to the personalised and unique products that Pawprints offer, we operate under a No Returns policy. However, accidents happen! If something is defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll immediately work with you to make it right. More information

Require more than two pets in your Pawprint?
Just like your furry friends, our artworks are unique, therefore our current website pricing includes creation of one or two pet Pawprints. We do however understand that multiple pet artworks may be required and we can happily accommodate this via a Special Order Request. For a custom order quote, please email the below details to email@example.com:

Do you only draw Cats and Dogs?
Absolutely not! We love animals of all kinds!
To ensure we get it right, please email your pets photo along with your desired artwork requirements to our friendly team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will come back to you with a custom order quote.
What if I have a particular Hero Colour in mind?
No worries! Email our team at email@example.com with a description (or a photo) of the colour you have in mind and we'll make some suggestions :)
Please note: Your print colour may vary slightly from that on your screen due to variables in the common printing process.
